Who We Are...
In 1992, ICDR was formally founded by a team of intercultural trainers
and community development workers with experience in program design, coordination,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation for various government, non-government
organizations and private organizations throughout the world. Through
our international network of associates and friendships, we collaborate
with teams to develop programs to welcome and inspire youth and adults
for creative and innovative change, from the heart.
