Our History
In 1996, ICDR was formally founded and incorporated by a team of intercultural trainers and community development workers with experience in workshop and conference design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for various government, non-government organizations and private organizations throughout Canada. ICDR has over 20 years experience through excellence in program design, management, monitoring and follow-up. Through our international network of associates and contacts, we are able to develop itineraries to suit the interests of any organization. Our resourcefulness, creativity and attention to detail provide you with a focused and successful program.
